CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be cancelled by an answered phone call 24 hours before scheduled appointment(s) time. Parties or packages of 3 or more services require a 48 - 72 hour cancellation Depending on party size.
Failure to cancel within these time frames or same day cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of services.
No Show Appointments will be charged at 100% of services.. If there is a gift card on file, no show services will be deducted from the balance.
